Supplier Expression of Interest Registration - Bowen Marine Infrastructure Replacement Project

North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP) is providing this Purposeful Procurement Business Supplier Expression of Interest (SEOI) page solely to facilitate the collection of potential suppliers interested in the Bowen Marine Infrastructure Replacement Project (“BMIRP”).

NQBP will not be engaging potential suppliers directly in relation to BMIRP. By expressing interest in BMIRP, you agree to your information being provided to shortlisted tenderers for potential inclusion in their Tender submission for BMIRP. Participating suppliers will be able to register their specific Purposeful Procurement Business subcategory through this portal.

Local content is defined under Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 as a supplier operating their business within 250 km of the delivery of the works. NQBP is seeking interest from suppliers that are located within the local radius of BMIRP.

Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct –warrant that I/we have reviewed and will comply with the Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct.

No Obligation or Commitment: Submission of a SEOI does not create any contractual relationship, obligation, or commitment on the part of NQBP or perspective BMIRP contractors. NQBP makes no representation that any supplier who submits an SEOI will be engaged, contacted, or considered for any work on the BMIRP.

Information Sharing: any information submitted through this page may be provided to NQBP’s shortlisted BMIRP contractors, in NQBP’s absolute discretion, as part of NQBP’s procurement process for the BMIRP. By submitting SEOI, potential suppliers hereby consent to the information provided in the SEOI being provided to NQBP’s shortlisted BMIRP contractors and any other relevant parties involved in the BMIRP.

No Formal Procurement Process: This SEOI does not constitute a tender, request for quote, or formal procurement process. Submission of an SEOI does not guarantee inclusion in any tender or quotation process, or award of any work associated with the BMIRP. NQBP will not reimburse any costs incurred by a supplier in registering an SEOI.
